The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others overcome challenges, identify strengths, and achieve meaningful employment. Key Responsibilities: Assess clients’ skills, interests, and career goals to develop tailored job search strategies. Provide one-on-one coaching on resume writing, interview preparation, and professional networking. Offer guidance on career planning, workplace skills, and goal setting. Assist clients in identifying suitable job opportunities and navigating the application process. Conduct workshops and group sessions on job readiness and skill-building. Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes. Collaborate with employers to establish and strengthen job placement opportunities. Qualifications: [Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field] or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Job Coach, Career Counselor, or in a similar role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire individuals from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
