Work where you matter.A Brief OverviewResponsible for performance of assigned financial reporting, general accounting, and financial audits. The Accountant III position works closely with the leadership team and others as necessary to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely reporting of financial information.What you will doPerforms assigned functions necessary to complete the monthly close and reporting process and reviews financial statements to identify potential errors or inconsistencies. Works with appropriate team members and work cross-functionally in the resolution of issues before financial statements are finalized. As an Accountant III, responsibility for complex operating and month end functions will be expected. Stay current on financial reporting and accounting regulations related to assigned functions.Performs assigned duties in line with general ledger and fixed asset standards teams.Completes assigned monthly and year-end accounting procedures and reporting including financial reporting, external audit preparation, tax return and audit preparation, and any other external and internal reporting. As an Accountant III responsibility for complex procedures, schedules, and tax related functions will be expected.
