This position is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, professional, and operationally excellent workplace by supporting daily office operations, coordinating meetings and events, managing workplace services, and ensuring the headquarters is prepared to support business needs.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is passionate about creating outstanding experiences for others.Key Responsibilities:· Serve as the first point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional experience.· Support daily operations of GDT HQ, ensuring office spaces are clean, stocked, and ready for business.· Operate the company's full-service coffee bar on a rotating schedule, preparing specialty beverages while maintaining equipment, cleanliness, and inventory.· Coordinate office supply inventories and replenish workplace resources as needed.· Partner with vendors and internal teams to support workplace services and resolve operational issues.· Coordinate meeting logistics, conference room reservations, catering, room setup and breakdown, and support executive meetings, customer visits, company events, and employee engagement activities.· Provide administrative support, including managing incoming communications, coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, completing data entry, and supporting special projects as needed.· Identify opportunities to improve workplace processes and service delivery.· Demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and a hospitality-first mindset while supporting employees, customers, and executive leadership.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:· Exceptional customer service and hospitality mindset with a passion for creating positive experiences.· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, executives, customers, and vendors.· Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.· Ability to exercise diplomacy, sound judgment, and discretion while maintaining a highly polished and professional presence in both appearance and demeanor when interacting with employees, executives, customers, and external partners. · Strong attention to detail and work ethic, committed to delivering high-quality work.· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.· Adaptable and resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.Education: Bachelors degree (or equivalent work-related experience) is preferredExperience: 2+ years in workplace operations, hospitality, office administration, customer service, or a related field preferred.GDT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
