Job Description As a Security Officer Hospital Patrol Team in Cleveland, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon09:00 PM - 05:00 AMTue09:00 PM - 05:00 AMFri09:00 PM - 05:00 AMSat09:00 PM - 05:00 AMSun09:00 PM - 05:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, patient and visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, report observations, and communicate with staff, visitors, and first responders regarding security-related matters as needed. Support a professional environment by documenting incidents, assisting with direction and information requests, and following Allied Universal and site-specific post orders. Minimum Requirements: This hospital location requires vaccinations. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
