Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic healthcare location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will deliver outstanding customer service and communication while supporting patients, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule Tue: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM Wed: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM Fri: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with directions, escort requests, and other service-related needs while following site protocols. Support daily operations by communicating with staff and supervisors, completing required reports, and remaining prepared to assist during medical, weather, and/or facility-related events. Minimum Requirements Hospital-required vaccines are required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Ability to restrain individuals in a hospital environment is required. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post‑hire. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
