Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to guide therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver psychotherapy across various modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, in both traditional and Intensive Outpatient Program settings.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, and supportive therapy specifically tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Assess and track client progress, utilizing the latest DSM for diagnostic insights and adjusting treatment plans as necessary under the supervision of licensed psychologists and psychiatrists.

• Engage in collaborative consultations with interdisciplinary clinical teams to enhance treatment efficacy and coherence.

• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, including progress notes and reports while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case reviews, and quality management activities to elevate the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctorate (Psy.D) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, ideally in diverse settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 and 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
