Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Director of Finance, Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Greater Charlotte Area | Manufacturing Industry | Leadership Opportunity I'm partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to identify a Director of Finance, Planning & Analysis to join their leadership team. This is a highly visible role that will serve as a strategic business partner across sales, marketing, supply chain, and manufacturing operations. This leader will be responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, business performance analysis, profitability optimization, and executive decision support across a multi-site operation. What You'll Be Doing: Lead the annual budget, forecasting, and strategic planning processes Partner with commercial and operational leaders to drive growth and profitability Deliver financial insights, performance analysis, and executive reporting Evaluate customer and product profitability opportunities Develop business cases, cost models, and investment analyses Present recommendations and strategic insights to senior leadership Build and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and financial models What We're Looking For: 12+ years of progressive finance experience within a manufacturing environment Strong FP&A leadership experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis Experience supporting commercial and operational teams Advanced financial modeling and profitability analysis skills Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required CPA and/or MBA preferred SAP and Hyperion experience strongly preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
