Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Florida Credit Union is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the credit union's products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and trends to enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and increase member engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email, and the credit union's website.
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with the credit union's brand and objectives.
• Manage and grow the credit union's online presence through effective use of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in digital marketing.
• Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives with the credit union's technological infrastructure.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving member experience through digital channels.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
• Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Experience in using social media platforms for business purposes.

• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies.
