Responsibilities Lead all daily operations of your stand. Recruit, hire, and train Brewistas and Shift Leaders. Manage scheduling, P&L, and team performance. Build a positive, kind, and accountable culture. Qualifications Proven leadership and management experience. Strong organizational and financial skills. Ability to create and lead a high-performing team. Salary and Benefits $52K starting pay $550+ monthly bonus opportunity Guarantee ($60K + Annually) Monthly bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
