About the Role

We are seeking an experienced mechanical assembler to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling machines and components according to company standards while meeting production deadlines. The ideal candidate is skilled with industry tools, detail‐oriented, organized, and motivated to contribute to efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble select machines from the company product line
• Assemble sub‐assemblies and various machine components as needed
• Use a variety of industry power and hand tools
• Make electrical connections
• Troubleshoot machines that have been built
• Maintain an organized and safe assembly area
• Complete tasks in a timely manner and adhere to production schedules
• Follow company policies and procedures as directed by management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• 5 years of mechanical assembler  experience
• Proficient using wrenches, ratchets, drills, and other assembly tools
• Skilled in grinding, tapping, measuring, and related assembly procedures
• Strong organizational skills and motivation to meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively with the Production Manager

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work while standing for extended periods
• Frequent walking, bending, and sitting
• Ability to lift up to 77 lbs.
