We're an insurance-based practice growing across Tennessee, and we're looking for a PMHNP-BC to join our Nashville team.We offer psychological testing, IOP/PHP, Spravato/IM Ketamine, TMS, psychotherapy, group therapy, and general psychiatry—often all under one roof. That means conducting psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, prescribing and managing medications, and writing progress notes, along with regular collaboration with the broader care team. You'll keep your documentation timely and accurate in our EMR, maintain your licensure and DEA registration, and show up as a thoughtful, engaged member of the team.What we're looking for on paper:Open to a schedule that includes Friday as a work day (can be 4 10 hour days or 5 8 hour days)Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited programTennessee APRN/RN licensure in good standingBoard certification in psychiatryCurrent, valid DEA registrationPrior experience providing mental health services preferredBLS Certification preferredComfortable with EMR systems and standard tech toolsHIPAA-savvy and committed to ethical, patient-centered practiceBenefits include: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance and 401(k) with employer match; continuing education reimbursement, and more!We'd genuinely love to connect.
