Human Resources Associate

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic HR team where you'll provide essential support in day-to-day operations, ensure smooth administrative processes, and foster a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities & Duties Maintain and file employee personnel records. Support onboarding activities and logistics. Provide customer service to employees and applicants. Process and track HR forms and documentation. Assist with scheduling interviews and meetings. Coordinate employee recognition and engagement activities. Enter and update information in HR systems. Assist with payroll and benefits administration. Monitor and track HR timelines. Perform general office and administrative tasks. Required Qualifications & Experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Highly organized with attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Clear and professional communication skills. Bachelor’s degree or four years of HR experience. Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with HR systems like Workday. Scheduling experience for interviews or events. Experience with Adobe Sign and Microsoft 365 tools. Experience with multiple medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance. Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance. Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay. Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit.
