Clinicians are encouraged to determine their caseload, typically ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week, and are given the autonomy to manage their own schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial diagnostic evaluations and provide ongoing psychotherapy, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to individual, family, and group needs.

• Utilize telehealth platforms for client sessions while ensuring thorough documentation of all therapeutic interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with electronic health record protocols.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including licensed psychologists and psychiatrists, to develop integrated treatment plans that address both mental health and dual disorders.

• Participate in group consultations, offering and receiving feedback on complex cases to enhance clinical practice and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Deliver specialized services such as crisis intervention, skills training, couples counseling, and family therapy, ensuring a broad spectrum of services is available to meet client needs.

• Evaluate and assess client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support the best possible outcomes for individuals and families.

• Engage with community resources and provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health issues and treatment options.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
