At our Natrona Heights, PA facility, we’re committed to producing top-tier components in a collaborative, innovation-forward environment. We’re looking for a CNC expert who thrives on accuracy and teamwork.
In This Role, You Will- Set up and operate CNC machinery to meet part specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to plan and execute work.
- Monitor production runs, adjusting parameters to maintain tight quality standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance to sustain optimal performance.
- Partner with peers to troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly.
- Document production metrics and machine settings with precision.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a well-organized, clean workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; machining certifications or technical training are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience as a CNC Machinist or similar position.
- Hands-on capability with both CNC mills and lathes.
- Solid command of G-code and proven skill in CNC setups.
- Fluency in reading engineering documents and blueprints.
- Detail orientation and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and a collaborative mindset.
