Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiovascular operating room protocols
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the CVOR team
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure equipment readiness
• Document all care and patient responses in accordance with facility standards
• Serve as a patient advocate, focusing on safety and positive surgical outcomes
