Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required); CNOR preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and surgical skill set
• Adaptability and professionalism in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular and thoracic procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain strict aseptic techniques and ensure a safe surgical environment
• Prepare and monitor instruments, supplies, and patient documentation
• Offer patient advocacy and support throughout perioperative care
