Job Title: Microscope Assembly Technician Job Description

Join our team at the Arden Hills location as a Microscope Assembly Technician on the 2nd shift from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with common overtime opportunities on Saturdays. This role involves assembling small plastic and electronic components for hearing aid and pacemaker batteries, utilizing a microscope for assembly and quality checks for up to 6 hours per shift. Work in a clean-room environment using tweezers and small hand tools, following work orders, and completing necessary documentation.

• Sit for the majority of the shift.

• Proficiency in microscope usage.
• Experience with medical assembly or similar fields.
• Ability to work with hand tools and perform soldering.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to read and write English.

• Willingness to work under a microscope.
• Consistent work history.
• Comfortable working in a clean-room environment.
• Experience with medical sewing or hand sewing is advantageous.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shoreview, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.80/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
