Position: Contract Recruiter Location: Greensboro, NC Company: Distribution Company Description: The is an exciting contract opportunity to work with a family-orientated and collaborative company. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruiting strategies. Additional responsibilities include managing onboarding activities, coordinating pre-employment processes, and helping support a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the organization. Requirements: -Must have 1 year of recruiting experience. -Must have used an ATS and phone screened candidates prior. -Experience recruiting for hands on positions strongly preferred.
