As we continue our rapid growth, we're looking for a creative, driven Marketing & Communications Lead to own our brand and communications strategy. The Role: This is a hands-on role where you'll lead our marketing function from concept through to execution. Our goal isn't simply to market a door. Our mission is to educate the market, raise awareness, and tell compelling stories that showcase how our technology helps protect people when it matters most. You'll create campaigns that engage decision-makers across our four core markets: Education, Healthcare, Government, and Commercial. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage R2P's marketing and communications activities. Own and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. Plan, film, edit, and publish engaging video and photography content. Create compelling content that educates audiences and builds brand awareness. Design brochures, presentations, flyers, and customer marketing materials. Produce newsletters, website content, and press releases. Support trade shows, customer events, and product launches. Work with PR agencies, media outlets, and industry publications. Partner closely with the Sales team to create impactful marketing collateral. About You: Creative, proactive, full of fresh ideas with a real bias for action. Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-growing business. Passionate about storytelling and creating meaningful content. Skilled in photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design.
