Jr. Staff Accountant

Position Overview Jr. Staff Accountant (Temporary, 6+ months) Responsibilities Perform administrative functions such as mail processing and file maintenance. Support accounts payable by vouchering vendor invoices, filing payment packages, and related duties. Support accounts receivable by posting cash receipts, researching past‑dues, and related duties. Conduct general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, analysis, and supporting schedules. Assist with special projects as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge of accounting principles; associate’s degree in accounting or higher preferred. Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to multi‑task. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Experience with SAP is a plus.
