Benzinger’s Clothing Care is looking for a  full-time Customer Experience (CX) Team Member to join our team.

This position is located in our  Orchard Park location with training completed in Hamburg. 

Our Orchard Park store is a welcoming neighborhood location with a wonderful base of dedicated customers. We’re looking for someone who makes sure every visit feels friendly, easy, and personal.

What Your Day Looks Like

• You’ll interact directly with customers, warmly greeting them, helping with drop-offs and pick-ups, answering questions, and making sure they feel well cared for.
• Check incoming garments and other items into our customer database
• Organize completed orders so they are ready and easy to find at pick-up
• Keep the store clean, neat, and inviting
• Learn both opening and closing responsibilities
• Help keep everything moving accurately and efficiently throughout the day

Some shifts you'll work alongside other team members. At other times, you'll be trusted to manage the store independently.

Schedule & Training

This is a full-time position with a combination of opening and closing shifts.

• Orchard Park store hours are 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
• CX Team Members are scheduled for either opening or closing shifts and learn the responsibilities of both
• You must be available to work up to two Saturdays per month from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• Some initial and ongoing training will take place at our Hamburg location
