This is a supporting role to one of the best Mechanical Lead Technician in the Industry. Our Lead technician has been hands on with every one of our production lines with more than two years experience on our systems and the most advanced hydraulic systems in the USA

What You’ll Do:

• Keep our state-of-the-art food production and packaging equipment running at peak performance
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on processing and packaging lines
• Support equipment installation, upgrades, and production optimization projects
• Work in a highly certified , clean, cold, food-safe environment
• Own your craft and help us innovate daily

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing or packaging facility
• Strong knowledge of conveyors, motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and fillers
• Comfortable with high-speed, automated packaging equipment
• Must be able to lift, climb, bend, and work overtime IF needed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• HPP EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE WILL EXTREMELY VALUABLE AND WILL TAKE PRIORITY

This position is being added to strengthen our maintenance department and support our existing team as we continue to grow.
