Senior Scheduler, Data Centre We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team and play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of data centre projects. This position requires expertise in Primavera P6 and a strong understanding of scheduling methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules for data centre construction and related activities using Primavera P6. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment on project timelines and milestones. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates to reflect changes in project scope, resources, or timelines. Prepare and present detailed reports, including critical path analysis, resource allocation, and progress updates, to project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with project scheduling standards, best practices, and contractual requirements. Support risk management efforts by identifying schedule risks and providing recommendations for resolution. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to integrate their schedules into the overall project plan. Qualifications Proven experience as a Scheduler, preferably in data centre or large-scale construction projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential. Strong understanding of project scheduling principles, critical path method (CPM), and resource management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications such as PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) or equivalent are a plus. Day-to-Day Develop and update project schedules to reflect current project status and forecast future activities. Collaborate with project teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project goals. Analyze schedule performance and provide recommendations to address variances or potential risks. Facilitate regular schedule review meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress and address concerns. Generate detailed reports and dashboards to communicate schedule performance and key metrics.
