General Purpose: Lead the Team! The Director is the Clinical Manager and Office Leader who ensures care is provided in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Essential Functions:

Integrity in conduct and compliance
Compassion for clients, patients, families, and employees
Customer Focus to achieve client satisfaction
Innovation to develop solutions to improve care delivery
Ability to develop, retain and manage an effective caregiver team

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Registered Nurse licensed in FL
Home health experience as a Registered Nurse
