Qualifications:

• Active Delaware Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Previous school-based OT experience highly desired
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Not open to COTA applicants due to staffing requirements
• Must agree to and pay for $85 CBC fingerprinting (required for employment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services to students at designated school sites (elementary, middle, and high school levels)
• Develop treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Travel between assigned schools as needed based on caseload distribution
