Job Description:
Assist with patient intake, exams, and basic procedures.
Administer medications and IVs.
Conduct initial intake and record vital signs.
Perform phlebotomy and prepare charts for examination.
Assist with room and setup for exam/procedure rooms.
Engage in medication reconciliation and basic wound care.
Compliance / Notes:
Orientation: 160 hours
Weekend requirement: 1 weekend per month
Must be willing to float
Return-to-office/time-off rules: RTO = 7 days and not within first 2 weeks (per compliance)
Submission includes: Two supervisor references from within the last year, all relevant certifications, Nursys report, and a copy of COVID vaccination card.
