Requirements
- Active California LVN License required
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience
- BLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross only)
- IV Certification required
- Blood Withdrawal Certification required
- Recent and demonstrated expertise in venipuncture required
- Pending licenses not accepted
- Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection for clinic patients.
- Draw multiple blood vials per patient while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Obtain and document vital signs, patient histories, and clinical information.
- Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and clinical procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Support efficient patient flow in a high-volume outpatient setting.
