Job Description: We're seeking an experienced IT Systems Software Programmer to lead and optimize Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform deployments in a government-grade environment. The role focuses on development, configuration, ALM, and governance across model-driven and canvas apps, Dataverse schemas, and integrations, with a strong emphasis on security, compliance, and enterprise-wide reliability. You'll collaborate across teams to design scalable architectures, manage environments, and support end users while aligning with agency cybersecurity standards and governance practices.

• Develop, configure, and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions, Dataverse tables, model-driven apps, and canvas apps
• Administer environments, security roles, data models, and governance across Power Platform and Office 365
• Build and maintain integrations, workflows, and automated processes; manage ALM pipelines and releases
• Ensure security, least privilege access, DLP, and environmental baselines; monitor performance and licensing
• Produce architecture diagrams, ERDs, and documentation; provide ongoing stakeholder updates and project milestones
