Salary: $72,000 - 112,000 per year Requirements:

• Over 5 years of expertise in .NET solution development utilizing C#, ASP.NET, XML, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with law enforcement switch environments, including dispatch and public safety systems
• At least 5 years of experience in SQL Server development
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years relevant experience may substitute)

• Spearhead the design and implementation of a law enforcement switch system for secure, real-time data transmission
• Plan and oversee all phases of project execution, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment
• Create .NET-based applications leveraging C#, ASP.NET, XML, JavaScript, and web services
• Manage the integration of applications with law enforcement databases to ensure smooth interoperability
• Supervise SQL Server development tasks, including the creation of complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, and data optimization efforts
• Ensure that all project outputs comply with performance, security, and regulatory standards
• Participate in architectural and technical design decisions for system enhancements
• Establish and uphold development standards and best practices within the team
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies; devise strategies for risk mitigation
• Provide technical direction and support to development teams
• Facilitate effective communication among technical teams and business stakeholders
• Deliver regular status updates and reports to leadership and key stakeholders
• Review project outputs for quality assurance, completeness, and requirement compliance
• Support ongoing improvement efforts and undertake additional project responsibilities as necessary
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify project requirements that align with public safety goals
