Contract: 12 Months + Potential Extension

Candidate Requirement: Direct candidates only – NO C2C / NO third-party candidates
Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solution Architect / Technical Lead for a hands‑on technical role supporting enterprise applications within a government environment. This is not a traditional Project Manager or M365 Administrator role. Candidates must have deep technical experience across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, development, ALM, and government security/compliance.
Key Qualifications
- Current South Carolina resident – no relocation candidates
- 6+ years of State Government experience
- 10+ years Dynamics 365 CE/CRM architecture, customization, and administration
- 10+ years Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling and security architecture
- 10+ years Power Platform
- 10+ years C#/.NET, including plugins/custom workflow assemblies
- 10+ years JavaScript/TypeScript
- 10+ years ALM using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub pipelines
- 10+ years cloud security/data classification
- Experience with HIPAA, CJIS, NIST 800-53, and government security requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, configure, and deploy Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
- Build model‑driven and canvas Power Apps.
- Design and manage Dataverse tables, schemas, relationships, and security.
- Develop custom functionality using C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Build business rules, workflows, integrations, connectors, and APIs.
- Manage Power Platform environments and governance.
- Implement ALM and managed‑solution deployments using Azure DevOps/GitHub pipelines.
- Configure security roles, field‑level security, and least‑privilege access.
- Support Power BI and Microsoft 365 Government environments.
- Create architecture diagrams, ERDs, workflows, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with NIST 800-53, FISMA, HIPAA, CJIS, and related requirements.

- Power BI Dataverse / Azure Synapse Link
- PL-600 or PL-400
- Power Platform Solution Architect or Dynamics 365 certifications
