Key Qualifications:

• Completion of RBT training (RBT certification need not be current)
• Minimum of two years of direct experience with students in a school setting
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced educational environment
• Commitment to implementing behavioral interventions with professionalism and consistency

What You’ll Do:

• Support students with behavioral needs within an intensive high school classroom or fill a flexible, floating RBT position across school sites
• Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions under the guidance of school teams
• Collect and document behavioral data in accordance with program requirements
• Collaborate daily with educators and staff to promote positive learning environments
• Foster student independence, safety, and participation in classroom activities

Work Details:

• Full-time hours (35 per week onsite, minus unpaid lunch break)
• School-based calendar, contract running from ASAP through May 2027
