Accounts Receivable SpecialistAbout Us:
Engineered Systems is a leading provider of Overhead crane systems in the Greenville, SC area. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients.
Job Description:Engineered Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable including collections and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely collections
- Post ACHs daily
- Respond to emails
- Set up new customers
- Work closely with other departments to resolve any billing or payment issues
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable including collections
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook email
- Accurate and detail orientation
- Basic math and reconciliation skills
