Municipal Contract Compliance & Reporting Manager

Lead the programs that keep millions of pounds of waste out of landfills. Sustainability Manager Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000 Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt CR&R Incorporated is seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to lead our municipal recycling, organics, and waste diversion programs. This role sits at the intersection of environmental policy, municipal partnership, and community outreach — driving compliance with SB 1383 and other state mandates while helping the cities we serve hit their diversion and greenhouse gas reduction goals. Why This Role Matters Sustainability Managers are the primary link between CR&R and the municipalities we serve. Your leadership directly shapes whether communities meet state-mandated diversion goals, and your program design determines how effectively residents and businesses participate in recycling and organics efforts.
