Director/Team Lead, Oncology Field Access & Reimbursement - East Region

Pfizer seeks a Director/Team Lead to oversee oncology field access and reimbursement operations in the East Region. This leadership role involves directing Field Reimbursement Directors, executing regional access strategies, and ensuring patient-first outcomes across oral, IV, and injectable oncology products.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional execution of field access and reimbursement strategies and provide performance insights to leadership
- Coach and manage Field Reimbursement Directors, assess regional performance metrics, and adjust execution tactics
- Develop and implement signal-based case prioritization and transition to compliant KPI measurement
- Oversee team staffing, talent development, hiring, performance management, and compliance culture
- Partner with cross-functional teams and state societies to optimize patient access and support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 8 years pharmaceutical industry experience
- Market access, coding, and reimbursement experience preferred
- General understanding of oncology reimbursement and payer dynamics
- Experience with oral and infused/injectable product reimbursement models
- Demonstrated ability to work in highly regulated environment with compliance expertise
- Matrixed leadership experience with cross-functional influence and collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
