Complete daily reporting of meal plans and swipe activity. Prepare and manage invoices in a timely manner. Maintain employee timekeeping records in Kronos. Provide administrative support to the Controller. Conduct and maintain accurate weekly inventory. Ensure a safe and hazard‑free work environment. Complete all food safety and temperature logs, including corrective actions when necessary. Perform routine preventative maintenance checks. Evaluate and recommend equipment replacements as needed. Demonstrate strong multitasking and organizational skills. Support special projects and additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager. Coordinate daily catering activities to ensure timely preparation and delivery. Participate in occasional evening and weekend catering events. Attend and contribute to food service team meetings. Maintain clear and professional communication with staff (email, phone, and in‑person). Foster positive public relations and customer service standards. Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year. Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost‑effective program. Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
