Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of patients, utilizing standardized tools like the DSM-5 to evaluate diagnoses and treatment options.

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique cultural and personal needs of each patient, ensuring that care is both effective and sensitive to diversity.

  Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records, reports, and documentation using electronic health records (EHR) systems, adhering to regulatory guidelines and departmental procedures.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
