ABOUT 5TH QUARTER AGENCY:

5th Quarter Agency is a division of Dhar Mann Studios dedicated to helping creators expand their businesses without adding to their workload. Built originally on the proven success of Dhar Mann’s own Top Videos compilation channels, the agency helps partners unlock new revenue streams by repurposing existing content across platforms. Our expertise spans video compilation, channel optimization, analytics, and distribution. Now, we are taking our mission to the next level: expanding to a full-service creator growth agency with products and services designed to supercharge a creator’s brand.

BIG PICTURE:

We are seeking a Head of Sales 5th Quarter Agency to lead and expand this fast-growing division inside Dhar Mann Studios. This position will be held responsible for signing new clients on a monthly basis.. 

This role is ideal for an aggressive salesperson with deep connections in the YouTube community of creators. You’ll be leading sales to drive revenue growth of the agency. 

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Drive Business Growth: Scale our client list to help achieve revenue growth goals on a monthly and yearly basis. Provide a robust list of clients to pitch and get meetings with the key stakeholders to sign more YouTube content creators. 
• Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish referral networks with trusted vendors (influencer agencies, creator managers, YouTube partners, ect).
• Perfect Pitch Process: Establish documents and decks that help sell our service and position us as industry leaders. 
• Oversee Client Success: Ensure creators receive top-tier service, transparent reporting, and measurable growth results.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• 7+ years of sales experience in influencer marketing, talent management or creator partnerships.
• A deep network of creator industry connections is a must.
• Deep understanding of YouTube, social video platforms, monetization models, and creator dynamics.
• Exceptional operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results fast.
• A low-ego, entrepreneurial mentality, ready to innovate quickly in a fast-moving creator economy.

WHO OVERSEES YOU:

Sr. Manager, Sales of 5th Quarter Agency will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Social Operationsand collaborate closely with the Dhar Mann Studios executive leadership team.

WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:

Our headquarters and studio are based in Burbank, CA until September of 2026. Chatsworth after September 2026 . This is a full time onsite role.
