Account Manager
This full-time position is based in New York, NY, and involves managing client accounts in a dynamic work environment. The role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work with HR and payroll technologies.
Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary contact. Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Build relationships with key stakeholders such as HR leaders and payroll administrators. Conduct business reviews to assess client needs and propose solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs.
2–4 years of experience in account management or a related field. Knowledge of HR and payroll products. Strong ability to build relationships and identify opportunities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organized and able to manage a large client portfolio.
