Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Desktop Support Technician to support our Headquarters (HQ) location. This role will provide hands-on technical support to end users, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace technology experience.

Schedule & Work Arrangement

• Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Location: Onsite at HQ (fully in-person role)

• Start Date: Targeted for July 7

Key Responsibilities

• Provide walk-in technical support for employees at HQ

• Troubleshoot and resolve conference room technology issues (audio/visual, connectivity, etc.)

• Perform break/fix support for desktops, peripherals, and related hardware

• Assist with physical workstation setups, moves, and reconfigurations

• Deliver at-desk support to users for hardware and software issues

• Help deploy and stage equipment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in desktop support, IT support, or help desk roles preferred

• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic networking issues

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently while supporting a high-touch onsite environment

• Comfortable with physical tasks such as equipment setup and workstation moves

This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
