The Concierge greets and provides support and resource information on our organization, facility and area to patients, families and visitors with the intent of improving the patient experience. The Concierge performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically work on routine and patterned assignments. You will report to the Center Administrator.

The Concierge welcomes patients to the center in a warm and friendly manner, will take patient information and put names on a waiting list, cleans and organizes the waiting area and restrooms, and interacts with patients as they leave to ensure a positive overall experience. Provide assistance and directions. May provide tours. May serve as a resource to staff who need assistance. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.

Required Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1+ years experience as a Concierge, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant or Customer Service
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving patient experiences and care
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Collaborative team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access

Preferred Qualifications

• Value-based care model experience

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00

Location: Onsite in Miami, FL

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $37,440 - $42,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
