Army Admin/Operations Support Specialist Onsite at the Pentagon

Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Army Admin/Operations Support Specialist. This position is onsite and located in Arlington, VA at The Pentagon. NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. Proficiency with platforms (e.g., Task Management Tool (TMT) and Correspondence and Task ManagementSystem (CATMS)). platforms (e.g., Task Management Tool (TMT) and Correspondence and Task Management. Experience preparing travel documents and managing authorizations in the Defense Travel System (DTS). Strong writing, editing, and executive communication skills. Strong organizational skills and experience supporting Political Appointees, Senior Executive Service (SES) or Flag/General Officers. Knowledge of Army Secretariat administrative procedures and executive support protocols. Ability to proactively manage taskings, logistics, and operational challenges. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Active SECRET security clearance. Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience supporting senior Government Officials. Min.
