What You’ll Own Hunt for growth opportunities within key accounts. Build trusted relationships with decision-makers. Grow revenue, margin, and customer share of wallet. Cross-sell transportation and logistics solutions. Keep a strong pipeline, follow up fast, and close opportunities. Partner with operations to solve issues and deliver dependable service. What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, 3PL, or a related field preferred. Proven success growing accounts and building customer relationships. A true hunter mindset—confident, curious, competitive, and driven. Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow‑up skills.
