Facilities Technician

Facilities Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 to $28.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift
- Standard maintenance on air compressors and vacuum pumps.
- Equipment and building filter changes.
- Conduct general building maintenance, including minor repairs to walls, doors, flooring, fixtures, plumbing, ceiling tiles, and equipment.
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks and facility inspections as assigned.
- Identify and report facility issues, safety hazards, and repair needs.
- Maintain exterior areas including sidewalks, entrances, parking areas, and grounds as needed.
- Assist with facility moves, equipment setup, and special projects.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Facilities Technician Qualifications:
- 5+ years of previous facilities maintenance experience
- Candidate must have experience in basic plumbing, electrical, and other basic building maintenance experience
- Must be able to stand, bend, twist, kneel, climb stairs, etc. during shift
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Reliable transportation is a must
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
