About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Consumer Go-to-Market Strategy and Growth Marketing. This pivotal role is focused on building and scaling the consumer growth engine for an AI-powered healthcare engagement platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the end-to-end consumer growth strategy, from awareness to sustained usage, and will be a key leader in ensuring that the consumer marketing strategy translates into measurable growth outcomes. This is a foundational leadership position that requires a builder-operator with a strong background in consumer marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing, particularly in digital or technology environments. The role demands a strategic thinker who can also execute with a hands-on, resourceful approach, and who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, startup-like environment. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include owning the consumer growth strategy, translating product capabilities into consumer value propositions, and leading the full-funnel marketing process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling marketing teams, managing outside agency partners, and leading cross-functional integration. A strong analytical mindset, the ability to drive performance against targets, and exceptional presentation skills are essential. The role also requires the ability to operate as a player-coach, leading strategy while being directly involved in the execution. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. The candidate should have at least 12 years of experience in the relevant marketing fields and be adept at operating in an ambiguous, build-mode environment with evolving priorities.
