About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Partner Growth and Marketing to lead the development and execution of a robust partner growth strategy. This pivotal role is focused on driving demand generation, pipeline development, and partner adoption within the healthcare ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and scaling the B2B narrative, and sales enablement approach, and will work closely with various partner segments, including employers, health plans, pharmacies, and digital health partners. The role demands a builder-operator with a strong commercial mindset, capable of operating in a fast-moving, startup-like environment, and is expected to be a hands-on leader, contributing directly to strategy and content creation. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' of experience in B2B, product, or technology marketing, with a proven track record in enterprise or platform offerings. Key responsibilities include developing audience-specific positioning, go-to-market plans, and sales enablement materials, as well as building and scaling demand generation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to create high-quality presentations and sales materials, manage cross-functional marketing relationships, and operate as a player-coach. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, and experience in complex, regulated, or highly matrixed environments is preferred. The role is critical to the company's mission of simplifying healthcare and requires a leader who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and communities.
