Your Role:


- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients, following established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct nursing staff while coordinating care with other healthcare disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in your daily tasks.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Recent experience in an acute care facility is a plus.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in your state of practice required.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification needed.
- Advanced Life Support (ACLS) or Advanced Resuscitation Certification (ARC-ALS) required.

Key Responsibilities:


- Collect and analyze relevant health data to assess patient conditions.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to create a safe and healing environment.
- Provide crucial health information and learning opportunities to patients and families.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members.
- Engage in other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
