Youth Services Clinical TherapistLSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC | Genacross Lutheran ServicesPay: $65,000-70,000/year + $5,000 Sign on BonusFull Time | Day Shift working Monday - FridayGenacross Lutheran Services is a faith-based nonprofit organization with over 160 years of service, providing compassionate care and support to individuals, families, and communities. We are seeking a Youth Services Clinical Therapist to provide trauma-informed mental health services to youth in residential and group homes.What You'll Do: Provide individual, group, and day treatment mental health services to youth within your assigned caseloadUtilize trauma-informed, evidence-based practices in alignment with SAMHSA principlesComplete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Ohio Medicaid and federal billing standards to meet productivity standardsParticipate in case reviews, staff meetings, and clinical supervision as requestedProvide interim progress reports and clinical assessments to support treatment planningCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client transitions and continuity of careDeliver CPST services and complete diagnostic assessments as neededMaintain professional licensure and complete all required training courses per Genacross and OMHAS standardsYouth Services Clinical Therapist Qualifications: Active LSW, LPC, LISW or LPCC license in the State of OhioMaster's level therapistStrong clinical judgment, rapport-building skills, and therapeutic presenceAbility to implement short-term cognitive and trauma-informed interventionsProficiency in clinical documentation and treatment planningDemonstrated ability to improve client functioning within an assigned caseloadCompletion of a Trauma-Focused, Evidence-Based Training program approved or recognized by the organizationWhy Join Genacross?At Genacross, we are committed to supporting our team members just as they support those we serve.
