Role Description

The Clinical Therapist at Harbor is a full-time, on-site role based in Toledo, OH. The individual in this role provides therapeutic services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for mental health and related concerns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions, developing and monitoring treatment plans, and coordinating care with internal and external providers. The Clinical Therapist maintains accurate clinical documentation, participates in case reviews and interdisciplinary team meetings, and supports crisis intervention and safety planning as needed. This role also involves collaborating with community resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Background in Social Work with skills in case management and client advocacy.
• Training in Psychology and Mental Health, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Experience in Family Therapy and working with diverse family systems.
• Ability to coordinate care and provide structured Case Management services.
• Relevant licensure or eligibility (e.g., LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT) in the state of Ohio.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and culturally responsive practice is highly beneficial.
