Project Coordinator

Description Job Purpose: The Project Coordinator assists the CEO by handling administrative tasks, project management, providing feedback, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate multiple projects and priorities at the same time. Take ideas and projects from concept through completion Create project plans, timelines, and priorities Communicate and follow up with staff, vendors, and outside partners. Research solutions, vendors, tools, and new opportunities. Gather information and organize it for decision-making. Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. Create spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and other project materials. Use AI and Project management tool to research, organize, analyze, and complete work more efficiently. Troubleshoot basic computer issues Managing schedule & booking appointments (preventing conflicts) Visiting other healthcare clinics to make connections or drop off materials Track employee birthdays, work anniversaries, and other important staff milestones. Coordinate staff celebrations, including picking up cards, decorations, food, and small gifts. Excellent computer skills, especially typing. Attention to detail. Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others. Physical Requirements: Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for Sedentary Work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for Light Work. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and making fine discriminations in sound.
