Accounting & Operations Manager

Compensation:

$65,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting function to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Develop and implement efficient accounting processes to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
• Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes to optimize financial resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing operating and escrow-related accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Proven track record of running AP/AR, commissions, and payroll cycles using QuickBooks.
• Ability to close out transactions in Brokermint and Dash, ensuring all fees are paid and files are audit-ready.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain corporate, licensing, and employee records efficiently.
• Experience coordinating with external CPAs for tax returns and account reconciliations.
• Ability to oversee vendor and contract administration, including insurance and small contract negotiations.
• Proficiency in supporting facilities and equipment at a policy level, delegating operational tasks effectively.
